EPP Studios to Open in Georgia in March 2027: Mason Ewing Corporation Unveils Its New American Film Campus

Atlanta Area, Georgia, Mason Ewing Corporation (MEC) announces the opening of its EPP Studios production facilities in Georgia, scheduled for March 2027, marking another major milestone in the group’s expansion across the United States.

This campus goes beyond filmmaking: it brings together EPP Studios, Track Records, and A Glance Into Art, three worlds designed to complement and strengthen one another.

Building on Legacy to Illuminate Eternity

From Georgia, a new generation of American studios is preparing to emerge. A subsidiary of Mason Ewing Corporation, EPP Studios is preparing to become a major destination for films, television series, music videos, and international productions, in collaboration with Ewing Power Production, Madison Channel, and Holotech Records.

But EPP Studios is not starting from scratch.

A Collection Built Over More Than 10 Years

For years, MEC teams have traveled the world, from India to Italy, Cameroon to Mexico, France to Ireland and Poland, searching for rare, authentic objects, sometimes unique in the world, each carrying a genuine history.

Century-old sets. Period objects. Historical pieces. Antique furniture. Rare props.

The goal is clear: to offer Hollywood producers and directors visual worlds they will not find anywhere else.

The studios specialize in creating authentic cinematic environments through an exceptional collection of historical objects, costumes, and decorative pieces dating primarily from the 18th and 19th centuries, including several pieces connected to French and European history, such as the Napoleonic era, the period of Marie Antoinette, and the Victorian era.

Investment in these historical sets and objects now exceeds $1.4 million.

A Team Dedicated to Cinematic Excellence

Led by Mickael Nicolas and Valex Kemeni, the studios aim to develop facilities spanning several acres in the Atlanta area. Nathan Guilmain, Head of Production, will also oversee the vehicle collection dedicated to the group’s productions, a collection that also lies at the heart of Track Records.

Together, they form the team driving the development of the studios and their collections.

The Cars Family

Among the most anticipated projects is The Cars Family, an original trilogy featuring Charly, a black Volkswagen Polo with a unique personality, and Cassy, a charming Volkswagen Beetle full of elegance and emotion.

But EPP Studios still has several surprises under wraps…

Track Records: Where Speed Meets Cinema

Integrated into the EPP Studios campus, Track Records is a competition-level automobile and motorcycle racetrack designed for a dual purpose: a full-scale filming location for action scenes and a venue for sporting events in its own right.

Under the joint leadership of Mickael Nicolas, Valex Kemeni, and Nathan Guilmain, Track Records naturally extends EPP Studios’ vehicle collection and also aims to support economic development and job creation throughout the Greater Atlanta region.

A Glance Into Art (AGIA): Making Art Accessible

Also located within the same campus in Georgia, MEC will open A Glance Into Art (AGIA), an art school designed from the ground up for blind and visually impaired individuals.

As a selective, tuition-based higher education institution, AGIA will welcome two annual cohorts of 40 students, the Lions and the Panthers, who will receive their education in a rigorous and unprecedented environment.

Research work (DOI) produced through AGIA is archived via Zenodo and OSF, ensuring international academic recognition.

A Resource Open to Outside Productions

The studios work closely with Ewing Power Production (EPP) and the other subsidiaries of Mason Ewing Corporation, while also making their resources available to outside productions seeking exceptional historical sets.

Because here, every object has a soul. Every set tells a story. Every racetrack brings the thrill of speed to life. Every classroom opens a new perspective on art. And every production is designed to illuminate the future of Hollywood.

Scheduled opening: March 2027, in the Atlanta area, Georgia.
